Payment
There are two possible forms of payment through this site:
1. Credit / Debit Card
2. PayPal
If you are unable to pay using either of these methods then it may be possible to arrange alternative payment (cheque, postal order, bank transfer etc), please get in contact for details.
Please note if you wish to have items sent to an address other than your Credit/Debit card billing address or your confirmed Paypal address, then you will be required to provide ID. This is only required once and the requirement is waived if you are a previous customer.
Postage
Providing the item is in stock, orders are shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment (usually the same day if the order is placed before 1500 GMT).
Items are sent by either Next Day Courier (Interlink Express) or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (usually arrives in 1-2 days). You can choose your preferred method at checkout, although please be aware that certain destinations (eg non Mainland) will be subject to a surcharge when using the courier service. It may be possible to arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) as an alternative to the normal courier if you require. Please see p&p costs in the table below.

Please note lighter, smaller items will have lower postage costs - either see
the item description or add the products to your cart to check postage.
International Customers
Please note it is no longer possible to order items from this website if you are based outside the UK.
If you are able to pay by a secure method (bank transfer, western union, confirmed paypal) or are a previous customer please get in contact to make an order.
Returns
All orders are checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the rare event of you
receiving the incorrect item, it will be replaced and any additional postage
costs will be refunded to you.
Refunds will not be given on items due to change of mind or wrong sizes. In
these cases you may exchange for another size or credit against another item
but the buyer is responsible for all additional postage and packing costs. Please
be sure of your size and style before you buy to avoid this situation, contact
us for sizing info/advice.
Returned goods will only be accepted if in PERFECT condition, please do not
return worn/damaged items as a return will not be given and you will be responsible
for return postage.
Returns will only be accepted up to 7 days after receipt of goods.
